Price include:

Covered parking area, weekly change of bed linen and towels, final cleaning, use of swimming pool and beach umbrella and two sun-beds per apartment, water, energy and gas consumption, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi.

Private beach:

Use of the private beach is not included in the price, but is offered free of charge by the owners; availability of equipment depends on weather conditions and the number of families accommodated in the structure.
Each apartment is assigned a beach umbrella and two sun-beds.

Arrivals and departures

Apartments are available from 4 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9 am on the day of departure.

Late arrivals: guests anticipating arrival after 8 pm should promptly advise the Management by telephoning 0565/968592 or sending an e-mail to info@caladeipeducelli.it

Reservation and payment Policies

To enquire about availability of our apartments, telephone 0565/968592 or 0565/967017, send an e-mail to info@caladeipeducelli.it or fill in the form in the “Bookings” section of this website. To secure your booking we require a deposit of 40% of the total cost of your stay, to be paid within 7 days by bank transfer. The balance of payment is payable on arrival at Cala dei Peducelli in cash, by cheque, cash card (Bancomat) or credit card (no AmEx).

Payment of deposit:

The coordinates to make the bank transfer will be communicated upon confirmation of the booking.

Ferry bookings

Ferry tickets can be booked and purchased at discounted rates by accessing the “Ferries” section of this website. Following confirmation of your booking you will be sent a discount code which can be used only at the time of purchasing the ticket..

Animals

The admission of pets is subject to prior authorisation by the Management. If admitted, pets remain under the sole responsibility of theirs owners, who must ensure their proper supervision and well-being at all times. The property does not guarantee the continuous operation of the air conditioning or other systems when guests are not present inside the accommodation unit. Finally, please note that, for hygiene and health reasons, pets are not allowed in the swimming pool or in the common areas of the property.
